Snow Globe Embroidery Hoops

Hey guys! I wanted to share a quick, easy and inexpensive Christmas craft that can be used in so many different ways. These are my Snow Globe Embroidery hoop wreaths. They can be made in many different sizes as well; hang small ones as ornaments, large ones on doors or do a cluster of medium size ones for an art display on an empty wall.

All you need is:

Embroidery hoop of your size

Bottle brush trees

Snow tex

Jute twine or ribbon

Popsicle sticks or paint brush

Hot glue stick/ hot glue gun

That’s it!

Start by spreading the snow text at inside base of the hoop directly below the metal loop, with the popsicle stick. Build up the layer as thick as you want. Remember that the thicker it is the longer it will take to dry.

Once the snow tex is dry hot glue on your bottle brush trees in choice of size/ color. I did three in the medium size and two smaller in the small size hoop.

Once the hot glue dries you can add your twine or ribbon to the the metal loop and that’s it! Hang on the door or a window, over a mirror for a winter- wonderland effect!

I hope you liked this quick and easy seasonal craft! Let me know if you’d like to see more little how-to’s and DIY crafts.
